Looking for IT and technology recruiters who are experienced with full-time hiring. We are open to various experience levels – starting from Inters to seasoned recruiters. You may be already on the job, or in transition or have a passion for recruiting. Either way the opportunity presents uberization of recruiting where you can leverage your skill sets and time for what you are passionate.
1) Must have sourced at least 1 candidate in last 12 months in full time IT / technology jobs.
2) Excellent phone skills to speak to the candidate, modify the resume which meets the job requirements and make the submission for the job.
3) They job can be remote but you must have phone and internet to access it on need basis.
4) Conversant with the IT terminology and roles like SAP Hana, Salesforce.com, Pega, Oracle HCM, Cloud , Big data etc.
5) If you do not meet the criterion free training is available, so you are encouraged to apply.
1) Experience of agency recruitment and access to tools/databases.
